John has served as Chairman and CEO of both public and private companies in a variety of industries. His financial acumen is a major ingredient of operational success for Rotate Black clients.

Dual Cooper - President & COO

Dual has over 30 years of casino, resort and development experience including President & General Manager of Tulalip Casino, Pechanga Resort and Casino. He has further served in key executive positions at the Grand Casinos, Casino Magic, Bally's, Palace Casino, Harrah's and other Nevada properties. Dual's depth of experience and successful application of proven management strategies is something you can take to the bottom line.

Dennis Piotrowski - Executive Vice President

Dennis Piotrowski, Executive V.P., has over 30 years of experience in the resort and casino industry. He was General Manager of the world renowned Binion's Horseshoe Casino and Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada for over 15 years. His management experience also includes senior casino executive positions in Aruba, Panama City, Colorado and a number of other Las Vegas properties.

Sharon Petty - CFO

Sharon held several finance positions including VP of Finance, for various gaming operations in Las Vegas, NV, Madeira Beach, MS and Vicksburg, MS. She is responsible for monthly financial statements as well as timely filed SEC quarterly reports for those publicly traded companies. Sharon has hired and trained large accounting staffs, filed monthly tax/licensing reports with governing states and prepared year end audit papers. Her attention to detail and outstanding skills are a major factor in every operation staying within its financial parameters.
